We want you to try OVALUME with confidence. If you're not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund one opened item in full. There's no need to send it back. The guarantee covers OVALUME DRIFT, UNWIND, CLARITY, and RENEW.

How to request a refund

Email infosupport@theovalume.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We'll reply within 1–2 business days. Once your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Guarantee terms

• The guarantee applies to your first order only, with one refund per customer or household.
• Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.
• Refunds cover the product price. Shipping charges, including Express shipping, are not refunded.
• Multi-item orders (bundles and 2- or 3-packs): we'll refund one opened item in full, with no return needed. Unopened items can be refunded if they're returned unopened, and we'll send return instructions. The customer pays return shipping for unopened items.
• Subscriptions: the guarantee covers your first subscription shipment. You can skip or cancel future shipments anytime from your account.
• The guarantee applies to purchases made directly on theovalume.com.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
