Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with OVALUME.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping rates
- U.S. orders of $30 or more: free standard shipping.
- U.S. orders under $30: standard shipping is $8.
- Express shipping: available at checkout for $15.
- International orders: we currently ship to Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout, delivery takes about 3–5 business days, and any customs duties or import fees are paid by the customer on delivery.
Delivery times vary by shipping method, destination, and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Subscription orders
Subscription orders ship automatically on the schedule you selected at checkout. You can skip or cancel future shipments anytime from your account.
Address accuracy
OVALUME is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
